And may I ask what is wrong with having the gumption and ambition to start your own company and beating the million to one odds against any new business succeeding - then "sharing the wealth" with family and friends? I'd do the same thing. It's her business how she staffs her company and more power to her. What, she should have staffed her company with total strangers?
