I was terminated the end of 2015 and Nuance offered me just over $200 to sign a nondisclosure agreement. The actual amount they owed me was over $2100. This was after they already paid me a wage claim of $10,000 in June 2015. I refused to sign and they overnighted me a check for the full amount owed. My suspicion is your settlement package will contain a nondisclosure agreement and it will state you are paid in full for all prior work so you cannot file a wage claim. Please read the wording very carefully.
