used to require a minimum of 200 lines to do a quality audit, and I thought that is what AHDI recommended. My audits were always on 2, 3, 4, or more documents, depending on their length; and then a formula was used to figure out your final score. I'm not sure of the exact mechanics on how it was done, though. In this way, you at least had a fighting chance of a decent score. BUT in the last several years, I've heard people mentioning that they have been audited on 1 very short report where 1 error might put them below the target score. That just does not seem fair. How is it done where you all work?
