SET your deadline of how long to wait. Remember, by the time you hear, you have to get installed, get ID's, etc., so I would bet you will not be working at least a month......if you can swing that, fine - If not, best to just keep going. They did not answer you because your email is one of many - the ones asking about pay are not hearing back either. They are good at "ignoring" emails like yours and about pay. They only answer they are ready.
