middle - confused

actually, I think it is the middle of the pay period. We get paid on the 30th anyway, but that period ends this Friday the 24th, so how will they pay us for the 24-30th? And yah, that is what I was thinking, how will we sign their thing if they are not even going to contact us. Please let us know if you hear back. Thanks
