Am I misremembering? Now they are worth a full point, enough to immediately fail an audit. So if you fail to correct ASR typing "patient said she was shivering and feeting cold" to "feeling cold," even though it's not critical and kind of obvious, you fail. But didn't that used to be 0.25 of a point? Because it's not critical? Wasn't 1 point reserved for the more important errors, like lab values, diagnoses, etc?
