Quinine - anon

Quinine has been used forever for leg cramps, charleyhorse, etc. Don't think it's FDA available as such anymore, but there are many homeopathic tablets for leg cramps that have quinine in them. You can also drink tonic water (with or without the gin!) but some tonic waters don't even have the quinine anymore, so you have to check the label. Google it and see.
