At first things were great! I kept my account, kept my TSM, etc. But then my TSM got fired. I got a new TSM and got a secondary account. That account was awful. Recently I was moved to another TSM and lost my primary account. My new TSM just got fired, and now I am learning 2 new accounts, have 5 total, and NONE of them are good. All the good dictators are gone, leaving me with the worst of the worst. I am looking for another job now, as I literally can't do this anymore. My pay has sunk from $19 an hour to $10-11. Very depressing. I really never thought it would happen to me like this, but it sure did.
