...that I didn't do this cc and when they checked they easily could hear who to cc. And I didn't fill in the missing patient information which is part of the job description, but the ESL dictator can't even pronounce patient name correctly and when I typed in account number, nothing turned up. And why is adding cc and filling in missing patient info part of job description when you don't get paid for it? Usually, when something takes time to do, you get paid for it, like when you get paid by the hour at, say, $20/hour (which actually would be fair compensation for this job in which patient safety is supposed to be oh so important.)
