Processor - nn

Actually an AMD processor is NOT the same thing as an Intel processor. An AMD processor is a bit slower than an Intel processor and Intel also has a Celeron process which is slower than the Intel processor. You should be more concerned with the size of your hard drive and the amount of memory that you have available. My last laptop that I had had an AMD processor and at times, I would notice a lag, but not enough to really affect my transcribing.
