so called "tips"? It is embarrassing and insulting at the same time. She must be talking to those who just got into this field because the ones that have been here for a while KNOW THIS CRAP! One more thing to hate about this company - they care NOTHING about experience and knowledge from the MTs who have been in the business longer than they have!
