I am so tired of weekly audits plus the smart survey or whatever it is called that breaks down your 3 month production, etc., plus everything else they do to us daily to monitor us, find fault with us. I am starting to be afraid to even transcribe anymore thinking they will find fault in something I do. I open the audit with trepidation weekly. I am beginning to get a complex about my abilities yet I have been in MT in one form or another for over 40 years, both in-house and at home, and have always had excellent reviews from my employers. This company is ridiculous with its 99.6 quality score and nitpicking.
