I'll glance quickly to see what format for PE and ROS and that is pretty much it.
I don't have time and I figure the hit for a CP error is better than reading 20 different CP's an hour.
They give us no choice but to cut corners and formatting is one of those things that should be the same for all accounts anyway.
I do read the yellow notes at the top.
