and yet, she never seems to be working. Impossible to reach via e-mail. Is completely incommunicado most of the time. Never, and I mean NEVER, works a weekend or holiday.
She should have never been promoted because she has no "people" skills at all. She makes the job far more difficult than it should be. I get that rules are expected and necessary, but there has to be some wiggle room for people and in her book there is absolutely none.
