When I quit MM, I wrote letters to the hospitals that I was working on, stating exactly what you posted. I also wrote to corporate of MM and told them what I thought in no uncertain terms.
MM did lose the accounts I was working on, but whether my letter made any difference I'll never know.
I think it would be a good idea to all write letters, even if you didn't work for the hospital, just to inform them of how horrible Nuance is.
I don't know if these hospitals really care or not; it is a bottom line world out there and $$ is their main goal, but no harm in trying. Good luck to all.
I work for a company that does N overflow (ambulatory care). I wonder if she will sell out too? Probably will, has I don't think she has acquired any new accounts since the first of the year.
