Contact the Dept of Labor ASAP. I should have done that when I was there years ago. It took a month to get paid after paycheck bounced. KS held on to deductions for insurance and 401K for months until I squawked about it. The IRS should take the owners house, office building, 2nd home, and all of their fancy cars to help pay for debts. I would just bet on it that management, especially family have been paid.

Don't believe her hype, it is all garbage, think of yourself first, get those complaints filed.
