I know from this forum that many MTs at N run out of work, but I've been fortunate because I work 2nd shift, so even if it might be slow when I begin, my queue starts building. So again, for everyone it's different. You might think about adding PM hours or taking on more accounts, to offset the higher staffing on day shift. There's also a PM/night/weekend shift differential, which has helped keep me around $10-11/hr (sad, isn't it?)
