I feel your pain. The hospital I worked for outsourced to Nuance this summer as well. I started in June. I was making $20.76/hour at the hospital, now I'm barely making $10.00, if that. My QA score is great one pay period, the next they've hit me with a CPSE (which I swear has always come from a report that was edited a month ago!), and my QA score goes down. I am so disappointed where the transcription industry is headed I am looking for another job and walking away from transcription. 26 years in a career I loved has been killed by outsourcing.
