I went through a buyout of my MTSO which I loved working for by the big N which I grew to loathe and detest. Although we had to use their time clock, for the first six months we were kept on our old pay scale and accounts. After that, our pay was decreased. I can't speak for anyone else, but I kept my accounts and the platform (BayScribe, all straight typing)for the remainder of the two years that I stayed with them. After they started adding things in like Enrich, FIESA, and all the other nit-picky things they like to do, I finally left with no notice. Hope this helps.
