The unemployment office called, asked me questions pertaining to the job, I answered the truth, and they said I was misclassified. A true IC goes out and gets the accounts on their own, they are not told what work types they will receive, etc.

NEMT tricked you all into believing you are a true IC, but they route the work, if one account runs low, they provide more from another account, etc., just like an employer.

I know I qualified, and I know I am not the only one. They just dont want to get fined, so they make you believe you cant get it.
