I congratulate you on your (no doubt) hard-earned, successful business. Please do your MTs a favor when you are "ready to retire" and give them plenty of warning because even though you would be retiring I'm sure your employees would still be severely adversely affected by your sellout regardless of when it occurs or your reason for selling out.
