Transcribing a total knee arthroplasty. Sounds like "The patella did have a ring of fire performed to help eliminate any ___(sentry?)___ branches going to the patella". In researching, I see "ring of fire sign" not related to a knee arthroplasty, and have been unable to find anything remotely related to "sentry branches". Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
