Has anyone ever used a balnace ball chair? - Turkelton

I am thinking of purchasing one. My tush gets sore from sitting on it all day. Sometimes my legs, neck and shoulders hurt as well. I need to do something different. I am open to any suggestions. My hours were changed and now I have to sit for longer stretches without breaks.

- You can do the same thing on your own without a ball chair. - Simply re train yourself to sit upright SM (Views: 560, 2016-08-28, 12:10 pm)
