If that's the case with your TSM, print those emails out documenting her directives and "scolding." Get in touch with HR and tell them that you feel that this is a hostile workplace and that you are being harassed by your TSM. Make sure you get the name of the person you spoke with in HR and then send a confirmation email to that person after the discussion summarizing what you discussed and what HR advised you to do. Things may get worse, but if HR does not move you to another team or intervene, then you keep on them until they do. Take those emails to unemployment and ask if they will provide you benefits if you resign due to a hostile workplace environment. It would also not be a bad idea if you saw your doctor and relayed what kind of health changes this unusual stress is causing you. The only way to fight Nuance is to use the corporate BS they use on us. An accusation of harassment (fully justified if the behavior of your TSM is being recounted by you accurately) is serious business.
