I absolutely love Shorthand. It has a main dictionary where you can put all of your common shortcuts that you might use for all of your accounts, and then you can create dictionaries for each of your different accounts where you can do just what is specific to that account. You can also quickly toggle it off if you need to.
It's very easy to learn, very affordable, and you can probably just get a trial and check it out. I think you can probably import abbreviations from any current expanders you might have, not positive about that as I've used it forever.
