I hope I am able to articulate this well enough.
I have an account that I work for that has specific instructions regarding how they want their reports to look.
There is a list of what to change if dictated and the allow, as well as abbreviations.
For example, if dictated "Denies" change it to "No."
I tried to set it up in Word with its own dictionary, but it is not working.
I would set up expanders/macros, but I also type other accounts that do not want their reports transcribed that way.
The way is not bad, just different as my example about.
Another is "Normal" to be typed as "Nml."
So I am looking for a program, suggestions and so on where the dictionary, expanders, macros would be solely for this account and no effect the others.
