I have a dilemma. I have an opportunity to work in-house in the $15-17 hr range with full benefits.
However, I have been going to school to get out of the MT biz and have about 1-1/2 years until I finish. If I take this job I can't finish the program I am in due to conflicting schedule.
I don't reach retirement age for 17 years. Is it really stupid to stay in the MT biz and take this job or should I suck it up for another 2 years with MM at minimum wage, finish school and just get out of the biz completely?
Is there another 17-20 years left in the US MT biz?
