You might want to apply now with all your experience, tell them your moving situation and they might hold it for you or at least keep you in mind if they can't wait, for when a future one opens up. Better yet would be to take a trip there and actually meet face-to-face, it's more personal. :) Good luck on your new adventure! I'm out of here next week working at a local hospital and can't wait!
