Actually, I believe the single 15-minute OOW slot on any given workday accounts (schedule compliance-wise that is) for any and all hours you weren't able to work that day. As well, once you've experienced OOW and logged that in WebClock, you do NOT have to keep checking for work. Your OOW slot in WebClock will account for any hours not worked that day. You may, however, come back to try and get in lines so long as your TSM has emailed you back the approval.
