Anyone working for Keystrokes and having a hard - time making the required production? Posted: Aug 26th, 2016 - 8:34 am
Hi:
I have been with Keystrokes for a few months. I type many ESL doctors. It takes a lot of my time trying to figure out what they are saying. I have gotten emails saying my production is not up to standard and a level I warnings even asking why my production is low.
I have been in the field of MT for 16-1/2 years. The ESL account I am on is horrible. Before Keystrokes I was an employee paid by the hour. I know production pay is much different. I would meet my quota of 20 minutes of dictation per hour at my old job.
With this job I am typing the same amount of minutes, but lines are less. I am not even making minimum wage at this company. I just wanted to know if there are any other transcriptionists having problems making their production at Keystrokes also.
