It is enjoyable to dis the off-shore MTs but I do QA and, though it pains me to say this, they do just about as well as US MTs.

So, yes, they will always need MTs, however, they don't necessarily need American MTs and our higher wages (which is horrible to say as most of us are making minimum wage at this point).

Personally, I am in school right now retraining to get out of this biz as quickly as humanly possible.
