Accelerator rarely does me any good. Too much background noise. - dnr

The accounts in my BOB are so bad with the noise of nurses chatting, laughing, etc., along with clanging equipment when the doctors are apparently dictating in the surgery clean up area.

I just move the mouse and Ctl M to skip silence, but if it skips over 5 seconds, I go back and turn up the speed to 2 until I find dictation.

The accelerator is now causing missed dictation and garbled sound. IT has obviously broken the accelerator again.
