because I was never told I would not get paid for the subheadings and headings but was not paid for them since September of 2013 when I started working on the Triton platform. The ONLY way I found out for sure was a long time later when I questioned the Transcription DOO and she stated that we were not paid for anything in the "text boxes" but again as I stated I was not told this ever and it was not noted in my contract either.
