$1300 a year is not garbage to some - SM

The sum of $1300 a year (less taxes) could pay for several things: Vaccinations for 2 cats per year, AHDI membership per year, AAA roadside assistance Auto Club Plus per year, and things like that. This is what keeps some of afloat and unless you are possibly super greedy, why is that not enough?
