What exactly is performance managed? Sounds like something they would do to a robot. Must be 'suit-speak' for get that outlier back in line. Must not have any of those running amok. Might give others ideas. It must be frightening to them to think that all it would take is one mass work slowdown or log off to cripple them. Unless of course, VR by some miracle begins actually working. Does anyone else find it fascinating that so many people who are paid so little and expected to orient their schedules around this job (work or no work), collectively hold so much power?
