That is really unfair. They are the ones that make us stick to schedules and so we rearrange our lives to work the schedule and they can't have work available. Sounds like that is their problem. Just out of curiosity, what would they do if I just sat in teamwork and fluency and waited around for a job? What if I didn't file the remedy ticket? Would they fire me? Because that is not sounding like a bad option right now to be honest.
