I'm sure you have all heard this before, but I would once again highly recommend not working for these companies. They are a complete rip off, often out of work, terrible communication, and make every effort to pay you as little as possible. It is companies like these that are destroying the medical transcription business. From someone who has been in this business for 30+ years, companies like Softscribe and Nuance need to be investigated and sued by someone who has the time and money to take them on. They are the worst examples of medical transcription in this country.
