I was a CMT for over 18 years - Old MT

Until they started supporting the outsourcing of work to India and even were trying to get the Indians certified. That and the huge increase in the dues made me decide that was enough. I never made a penny more anywhere I worked because I was a CMT. I did the test and spent a lot of money getting my continuing education credits as well.
