Oh sweetie I do understand. I was one who found out that I was not getting paid for headers, etc., and promptly went back to the Imedx portion (yes they are still somewhat separated) and now am on Express. It is just like Triton but now I DO get paid for those headers and such. Pay is the same as most companies 8/4 and I have had plenty of work. As far as the production thing, it hasn't affected me yet because truly I do not take the benefits offered. I have a great supervisor who is very nice and patient. As far as the rest of your questions, I will have to defer to someone who may be more informed than moi! Hang in there!
