Kind of a mom and pop place. They mostly leave you alone and the QA people are quite respectful. However, I found a fairly large number of ESL dictators and could just never get a decent line count, plus a lot of different accounts, all with different rules and requirements. In addition, you have to do 165 lines an hour for A-P to make any money, so I ended up doing a lot of work that wasn't paid. Also, unless you are very productive, stay away from the insurance. They pay on a graded system based on your hours worked and they were barely paying anything for me.
