They didn't allow it to filter through foreign workers. I trained this thing years ago and it worked great even for the crappiest of dictators. And then they released it globally, and it has sucked ever since. The biggest problem with this company is quite simply, you have ESL transcriptionists transcribing the English language, which is the most confusing language there is. Want quality, want to cut costs and errors, come back to America!!!!
