I currently work for Precyse and have been for a few months now. It actually is not bad to work at. Employee status, lots of training, and opportunity to work extra or make up work if needed to. Benefits package is actually affordable, which was surprising to me. They allow you ample time, i think, to get up to speed with production, something like 3 months.
