If everybody used the same system. I know the software vendors wouldn't go for it, but just imagine how much easier and faster things would go if you did change jobs and already knew the system and could just jump on and do the work. Every place I have ever worked has a totally different system and it takes forever to learn it. Also, you would be able to start actually working much faster without QA having to check every single report you did to make sure it was right. Of course, that would NEVER work because that would make WAY too much sense. When are the MTSOs ever going to make anything easier for the MTs? How about never?
