I was told by my PC and HDSM a few years ago through a group meeting (this was before the pods) that when finished with the list, push enter, turn off numbering, and then press enter again. This will make it certain that it doesn't go goofy. In all honesty, it's probably fine to use no space also, but it may run the risk of their stupid program going buggy. It's become automatic for me now, so it's really not a bother.
