How about paying your people ON TIME. It does not take SEVEN FREAKING DAYS for a first class piece of mail to come from Chicago. The pony express ended decades ago.
You want courtesy and loyalty, then exercise it yourself - simple concept, yet one "L" has chosen not to grasp.
