If we ever got together and STUCK together, we could resolve the abominable treatment we get at the hands of MTSOs within two weeks.
If we ever actually NAMED the better employers and the worse employers instead of playing "coy" we could drive the bad employers out of business.
Instead, we tremble in fear that a concerted action will result in some sort of disaster. We protect our little job by refusing to share information.
We suck.
