Meati or Meatuses - Emma Welch

I know meati vs meatus was a previous post in 2006, but came across it today in ENT? The doctor is very precise on the way he dictated it and is in previous letters? However, my frustration has gotten the better of me... is there such a word a meati??? If patient wants to refer back to this clinic letter then meati according to Google, Meriam Webster and Dorlands is not a word... Any feedback anyone?
