Paychecks always late; if your pay date is the 15th, your money should be in your hand on that date - not a week later. Wish she had given our pays as much attention as she did the snotty emails she wrote. Another thing that was particulary insulting was her way of always holding your job over your head, throwing in your face how well she thought she paid you (NOT), constantly threatening to hire more people because you were not moving fast enough for her liking, or because the jobs were not completed within a minute of hitting the system.
You could have pneumonia, be on life support, be in kidney falure, and her only response would be "where are you, why aren't you working?" If she or her family had a problem, you were to put all your needs or your family's needs on hold.
No mystery as to why she could not keep people. Above was exactly why those of us with an understanding of her psychosis never put all out eggs in HER basket.
