email? Have they made everyone aware of the issue and that it is being looked into for repair or are they just sending you individual emails which are perhaps a form of appeasement? Everyone needs to be aware. This is another 10% of your income that is just gone, vanished. It is unfortunate this is just one more example of things that people are afraid to make much of, because they are afraid of losing their employment. People need to stand up and demand their wages.
