Question for any ICs with their own accounts. - Possible new client

A manager at a doctor's office wants me to give a quote for transcription.  I have seen the system they use, Centricity.  The reports come up with certain things, like medications already populated.  The physical exam comes up but sometimes needs to be edited.  The assessment and plan are typed out from scratch.  I have no idea how to charge for this.  I currently just type in Word and charge by 65-character line.  I am not sure how I would keep count of what I type and what was already there.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
